i decided to get my hands down at blogging again coz i find that i'm getting short term memory.. keep forgetting wat happend the day be4.. where i went for lunch, wat i did etc... anyway story for today... went facial with baby! heheh so cute! felt bad coz dear had to wait for quite some time for me...

*ouch* face threading hurts!! and i got half my eye lash whipped away :( no more for me! anyway headed down for quick "dinner" at BK with baby be4 heading to aunts house, baby giving tutition to my cuz stacey! cool eh! then we headed for dinner with his family at 555 ard 730....

ok enuff of food! i realy need to excercise! i wan my figure back!

hmmm... i realised i really haf grown fatter during these past few months... i'm juz so lazy... anyway this is gona be quite a long entry... on wat i have been missing out for the ast 2 mths.. some major events... so where shall i begin?..

14th july 2007 - Taiwan trip with baby

im so lazy to blog the details so i'll juz show some pics :)
anyway we were on SQ flight 862 i think.. stayed in sheraton hotel, and most of the time we were enjoying ourselves in the room... either that or we would be eating,shopping, went to usual places, xi men ding, shilin ye shi, 101, the mrt is really convenient... so 4 days juz went past... so fast...

so thats the end of updates for our simple taiwan trip which cost us each 1.6k! broke when i came back! but i did quite a lot of shopping and i really ate alot when i was there! the food is really yummy! not to mention the bubble tea! my favourite!



12th july 2007 - my last day at kumon :(

yup its the last day at kumon after 2 yrs 8 mths of service part timing there and 2 trips together with the peeps... and so here are more pics...

30th july 2007 - Start of Derivative Academy Training


after being worried for the past 6 mths since graduation... after praying for a good prospect in the guan ying temple.. i finally landed an unexpected job in Standard Chartered...it was a beginning of a new journey to embark and one of the big steps i really have to take with my first new fond full time job! and all due credit to me! *pat myself on the back*

it was quite nerve wrecking at first.. but product knowledge wise was really "xiong" i knew zero! and it was a really tough 4 mths! thankfully the peeps there are a real fun bunch of people.. started the first week at NTU executive ctr... terrible way to get there so inconvenient... but we all made it through! then 2dn to third week was right start day, country induction and the start of the training to know the whole workflow of the job scope...

and at the end of the trainig on 24th aug.. we had a night out to know all the seniors in the group... it was CRAZY!!! REAL MADENESS.... my first time mingling with all the big ang mo bossess... i had no choice i had to drink alittle to get some guts outta me hehe .. luckily i could control .. juz a pint of heineiken :) but sadly i talked too much to the bosses that I was being gossiped.. but that is over coz they were juz worried about me :) so here are the pics! :)


oh before the last day on 23rd.. our group had a dinenr on our own at waraku marina! it was crazy! that was where most of us got to know each other better! it was so fun!

we all had quite alot of fun meeting the seniors and mingling around.. not to mention quite alot to dirnk... so the day ended... we were all exctied and eager to start work on monday 27th!

hmmmm it was a slow start! but things picked up! with great menors like ivy, angie, ai ling! i really thank them for being so patient! cheers to the team! and also special thanks to xuan ren and andrew too! so nice guys!!! hahah crap!

i'm now into my 3rd week, things more or less has settled down.. and getting mundane! but hey! theres always new things happening in the bank! so im gearing up for it! gambateeeeeeeeeeeeee and tmr all 3 of us new joiners haf a ILDP with boss yoko! hope it goes well :)
