its my second week of excercising!!! i need to do more!!!
last week i ran only abt 2km in the track, n swam about 20 laps, incljusive of 2 laps freestyle...
today, i impoved tremndously... i guess i pushed myself...
12 rounds!!!!! + 200m = 5km!!!! of coz in between i rested...
but i ran continously for about 7 ronds.. walk 1 round... and continue on with 4 more rounds... amazing...
tmr gona swim!!!
